Are you or anyone you know struggling with an eating disorder? I have personally battled anorexia and emerged victorious, armed with both experience and expertise to provide you with the necessary tools, guidance and encouragement to aid in your recovery. These sessions are for:
 
- The individual who is battling the eating disorder
- Parents/carers who need help to know who to support their child who has the eating disoder.
- Siblings who need support with their own worries/concerns they may have for themselves or their brother/sister who is battling an eating disorder.
 
This service can be provided in person or online.
