Calories on Menus Edition in East Anglia Daily Times

What would calories on a menu do to you? Do you notice those numbers on those menus, do they scream out at you and make you choose another option? Think how that would feel now if you were recovered or in recovery for an eating disorder? Those numbers would scream out of the page, cause you to relapse or cause you to sink back into old habits.

I understand obesity is a crisis for the NHS but what about the other end of the spectrum? could this be detrimental to those on the other send of that scale? Why do you have to be on deaths door for both ends of the eating disorder spectrum? Things need to change and calories on menus is not the way forward.

Have a read of my article and see what you think? What changes do you think is needed?
